Morher-Son bonding time

I booked these tickets in October, 2021 because Chris Tomlin is my son's favorite Christian artist and since we live about 2 hours away from Greensboro I wanted to get good seats. When the show was postponed from February to June it was disappointing but ended up being good because of knee replacement surgery I had done in February. We were excited about the concert because this was the 1st Christian concert my son had ever been to. We purchased a tee shirt for me and a hoodie for Jonathan on line and picked it up at the will call line at the merchandise table. When the concert started we werent familiar with Pat Barretts music or much of Hillsong United's either but were blessed by both of them. With Chris Tomlin it was like being in a worship service with 4,000 brothers and sisters in the Lord and it was awesome! Because my son works in food service at a country club he is always working Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights so he doesnt get to worship in person with other people hardly at all. It was so refreshing to see him lift his hands to the Lord and worship his heavenly Father. We were also blessed by the duet with Pat and Chris of Good, good Father since that is a favorite of ours. We didn't know Pat had written it until Chris announced that. I listen to K LOVE radio all the time and I'm looking forward to hearing Chris's new song Always more. Jonathan and I both liked that one a lot.
